Warranties and Services
All of our Solar Water Heating systems carry market leading guarantees while all the components are supported by our limited warranty. EFA Solar is committed to providing a back-up service right through the life cycle of our Solar Water Heater systems. On all the components EFA Solar offers maintenance plans to ensure long-term efficiency and hassle free hot water for our clients.
Maintenance
Maintenance on a solar geyser system is minimal but necessary at least once a year. Depending on the system you have, the maintenance required may vary. EFA Solar offers a programme where for a negligible monthly fee we will take care of all your maintenance.
For our commercial clients we offer, as part of the maintenance plan, remote monitoring. This allows us to ensure the efficiency of your system as all changes in conditions will be recorded and irregularities flagged.
